V1 Laser alert from Highway Dept. traffic message board

Has anyone received a laser alert from the permanent message boards? It is right before the Grand Avenue overpass on Highway 40 in St. Louis. I've passed others and received no alert. However, every time I pass this one I get a laser alert no matter what time it is.

Led's in the sign give off a wavelength of light your detector picks up as a possible lidar signal............I get it too sometimes
