Got my first J and it was a real LEO :(

I was just out and about today, coming up a hill on Rt. 161 and I get a brief Ka alert from behind, nothing. As soon as I come up the hill there is a LEO and then it J'ed out the Ka alert. About five minutes later another LEO coming from the opposite direction was running Ka, didnt J it out but was coming from behind again. I dont get it, do you guys think there is something wrong here, all alerts should have been from in front and not from behind. Think I should sender back into VR? Oh and I was running the V1 in Advanced Logic mode.

Sounds to me like there was a Cobra or other cheap detector in a vehicle behind you, at the same time there happened to be a cop ahead of you who wasn't running radar.

Yea, I guess that makes sense. Ill just have to keep an eye out for those crapras.

or there was a stronger reading of thr KA band coming froma source behind you
