    Default v1 concealed display

So when the display is on the dash.
Where is, and what does the antenna itself look like since it doesnt have a front on it?
Basically I don't understand how it can be concealed without that destroying it's ability to pick up everything.

ummm iirc the remote display is a seperate display; the original stays on the v1 but the remote plugs in and disables the on-unit display

basically, its the v1's LEDs and band id (the rectangle face on the v1) put in a small box. Your v1 stays where you like it (high for me) and you put your display where you want. Its separate from the v1.

Hmmm... I had posted a nice explanation only to see that someone else had responded AFTER I submitted my reply... LOL

Anyway,I do like the concealed display as it tends to keep people from trying to make me their rabbit because I have a RD. It's amazing to me how many people think that a car with an RD is immune to getting ticketed... It's even funnier when the driver of that car thinks the same...
