You missed alot!!! They went back to 3.813 because it was the best ever
I bought a V1 a couple of weeks ago from VR and it has version 3.863. I don't know what (if any) fixes were made though.
This thread has some info on the different versions up to version 3.851: http://www.radardetector.net/viewtopic.php?t=21047
After that, the consensus seems to be that remaining versions are only for manufacturing conveniences. I'm not sure anyone outside of VR really knows for sure though. Certainly not me.

Dave, you didn't miss anything, besides V1's with some major QC/Rev issues. Stick with your .826 my friend.
(E errors that looked like 'the Predators' arm bomb) bugs, bugs bugs, etc etc. Basically you have the last tried-and-true V1 rev. (For now).
