Hmmmmmmm. Let's put on our thinking caps everyone.
I smell something odd here
Lost V1 user saying he has my old problem. What are the odds here people!

I had seen this thread. But yours didn't dim at all right? In the quote I do say they dim. But overall the arrows are much brighter day or night.
Although mine did go out on Tuesday. Hmmmm lol
You didn't happen to write down the S/N did you? If the last 3 digits match then Hmmmm for sure.
Yeah I wrote the serial number down as I included it in the letter I sent them.
Here it is:
7 2 4 2 4 8 0 9 1 4

Nope.mine ends in 915.
Unless they changed the S/N. Let the conspiracy theories continue.![]()

Hmmmm well then it seems that 2 units have the same problem maybe just a 3.863 thing huh?
Ace
I thought his was a 3.836?
There is no 3.836 version I am aware of. I believe he mistyped 3.863 is all.

Ya it is a 3.863. It is a typo. The arrows definitely do dim. I noticed this when powering it on at night. Though overall they are much brighter, and I still wish everything was darker at night, and in the day for that matter.
Well I got a call from VR today and I was told that they received my unit, but it got sent to the wrong department and that by the time they caught up with it one week had already passed.
They told me that they will have a tech look at it tomorrow (Tues) and I should have it by Wednesday. So I hope I do as it has been about two weeks total that I have gone without my unit. They haven't made any offers to consolidate me for my time and their errors which is alright because the main thing I care about is getting my V1 #2 back as soon as possible.
Let us all hope everything is smooth from here on out.
