Default New V1 Hardwire with Custom concealed display

Ok, so a few weeks ago, i got my V1, instantly ran out, and bought one of those add a fuse kits, and got to work. I installed the power supply in the fuse box on the drivers side. (i'll post some pics as I take them) I then tucked the wire under the headliner and down the A-frame pillar, and then fished the connecter through with some all-purpose bundling wire. It then runs up around the RVM to the passengers side where it is mounted just to the right of the dots. The speaker is still way loud enough, even over music, and the concealed works great. This setup already has one save during a rather peeked jaunt through maine. V1 lit up to Ka, i took a nose dive into the pavement, then aprox. 1 mile later, I saw a cop parked in a little cutout between the guardrails. I love my V1!

View from outside, (the V1 is almost invisible, you can still see the top of the bogie counter panel however)

    Still a bit concealed

Looks nice. Is the red LED (for Laser) a bit dimmer than the other band indicators on that REBinc display?

yea, it does look a bit dimmer now that you mention it... I haven't really noticed since the entire signal bar lights up for laser, and the 2-tone siren is very distinct, no need to check on band.

I'm from mass, but my family has a house up in maine, and drive up there constantly, usually only up to the Biddeford area. I'm applying to colleges up there right now. and hopefully, I will be doing quite a bit more driving up there in future.. I have seen them shooting both c/o and i/o as well. I almost got a ticket because of i/o and my stupidity with my old detector, before I found this forum and my V1. I have yet to see laser, but I am looking into a jammer. I'll be sure to look for the U/C grand marquis, thanks for the tip.
