    I looked at that set up for my Audi but decided against it in the end and went with the concealed display. Where the V1 info is shown is like a message section in the dash-pod, it shows the CD info, what CD, track number and if your fuel gets low then that section is disabled as a message centre and just shows the petrol pump to tell you to stop being a mean git and go by some fuel!

    The system connects into the message centre from the back of the Bose head unit, I would guess the V1 display might not work if the car had an error as I believe these are also shown in this section.

    It is a nice idea though.

    They are just Audi, it interfaces the V1 into the Audi messaging system via a control box that fits at the back of the stereo, the control box interfaces the Audi messaging system and passes the info from the V1 to the dash display.

    thanks , thats fine i can get an Audi :-)

    do you know where i can get more information on this , any literature or website that gives more information ... about this .

    There use to be a product for BMW's called the StealthOne. This Audi system looks greatl, good to see people are still continuing integrating into the cars info systems.
