Sent in my V1 for repair. It is still under warranty. I asked for the most recent software update. They are charging me $85.00. What gives? Anyone else have this happen to them?

:shock: :shock: Wow, V1 is usually #1 for customer service!!!
What version did you have? If you have a 3.85x or lower, there are hardware changes to go to 3.86x and thus an upgrade charge.
