Dissappointed with 3.864, any suggestions?

What verison were you using before?

I was using both 3.812 and 3.817. I upgraded my 3.817 but kept my 3.812 which now seems to be a good move.

I recently upgraded my V1 and I have discovered several 'new' bogeys on my daily commute consisting of 4 drug stores, 2 grocery store and a radiologist's office (which blasts K for 2 two miles in every direction). Oh, I now pick up "speed signs" and every S class Merc and FX within three miles . Quite frankly I am very disappointed and my prior version served me great without all these false alarms.

I am running X off, Pop off. Any suggestions or settings that may help me?

I believe he's bothered because the fact that he had a better version before he upgraded. I'd be pissed just because the bogey counter doesn't work as it should rather than K falsing.

Must be something with his unit, I have the 3.864 and I have to be within 300 yds of a supermarket ect to false on K, and programed I rarely pick them up anymore.

so what's the verdict on 3.864? i read some say it sucks on sensitvity and some say it is more? i got to send mine soon....

Mine's fine. Just as it was on 3.863 before I sent it in.

the cool thing about the automute, it only works in little L and big L mode, so u can switch back to A mode and it disappears.

i guess i had no choice...

i live in false alarm city, trust me :idea: (every subway car, every store, so many cars giving me falses from neon brake lights to cruise control systems to infrared highway camera etc)
