Explanation of the V1 & J OUT info (Tricks)

I've only seen the "J" a few times, but it always gets me thinking. Most of the time it's straight to "J", but the other day I got a very quick Ka then the "J". I didn't spot any LEOs, but it did get my attention up. All of these times I've been driving in thick traffic, so it's not hard to believe someone else had a RD.

I have got false KA's and the J from oncoming traffic on the interstate before, scares the F out of you!
