    Default V1 lighter power adapter

I have an 08 Honda Accord.
The V1 does not have a very tight fit compared to the ix.
As I was on my way home last night, my hand brushed against the plug, and it caused the unit to restart.
    Anyone else heard of this?
The ix is hard to pull out once it's in there.
The ix plug is longer than the V1.

As I type this I keep thinking of Viagra for some reason.

On my civic I have the same problem the V1's cig lighter plus seems to be thick and will not go in and stay in. But I have it hardwired anyway, but did try the cig lighter anyway.

Hey wegrowhair- I thought you returned the V1 and were keeping the IX. Did you change your mind or am I not remembering correctly?

Just an update. I called V1 and explained the issue, and they are sending me 3 new different types of cords free of charge to try out.
    Excellent customer service!

Interesting, I didn't know they had different ones?

I have to deal with radar and laser on the interstate and rural 2 lane roads for the most part.
I don't plan on investing in shifters anytime soon.
Cameras are not a threat in my neck of the woods.
I love both the ix and V1. But after sitting down and looking at the neg. and pos. of both units, I choose the V1.
I did separate tests on a K band drone on a section of interstate that had a lot of hills and valleys. The V1 gave me 1.8 mile warning and the ix gave me 1.5. Both were plenty of warning, but just had to go with one or the other. 30 day trial was coming to an end.
