    Default Mike Valentines Wife

You guys are not going to believe me when I tell you this:
I ordered my 2nd V1 on Monday for another car. The lady I was speaking with was Mikes wife.(she is the customer service supervisor) Anyway I told her the lighter plug that comes with it does not fit well in my Honda and explained that they gave me the older style at no charge on my first order(still kept the original). I get my V1 on Tuesday and it looks like they charged me extra for the plug. Call them today to tell them what happened and they gave me the option of sending the one that does not work well, back. That is fine but I think it's silly to have to do this when they did not do this on the first one. Plus I have to spend money on postage.

Make a long story short, Mrs Valentine gets on the phone and I try to explain my case. She tells me her opinion and gets frustrated when I try to plead my case and in a very rude fashion says "This discussion is over" and HANGS THE PHONE UP ON ME! Keep in mind, I did not use any bad language or was insulting in any sort of way.

I am SPEECHLESS! I would never treat or talk to anyone who was trying to give me hard earned dollars, act this way.

Honestly she's always been a biatch, and your not the first to have this encounter. I was on my way to a GoL event when I had to stop in and pick up my 3.813 after a tune up. She was a real son of a whore, and very rude.

Well, I am having trouble remaining a V1 fan when someone talks to me in that way.
I would be mad as hell if my own wife hung the phone up on me, let alone someone I just gave $419.00 to.

Damn. I'm glad I always get this dude, not Mr. Valentine though, whenever I call. Now I'm gonna piss my pants when a woman answers lol.

Not too good for business when the founder's wife is a poor customer service rep.

I called back to see if I could speak with Mike, but he wasn't available. Asked if he would return my call. I mean we are talking about $10.00 here!

I wouldn't take no for an answer at this point. Not sure who else you could talk to other thank Mike if his mike is a Cust service supervisor.

If you keep trying, you can probably talk to Mike The Tech. Just say there is something wrong with the unit and I need assistance. When you get his ear, sing the blues.

Also, I don't know how old the wife is, but it's about that time of the month...

Same here I talk to some lady today, I dont know if she was Mikes wife or not. But I felt like she didnt really wanted to be there, she kept giving short answers. Its been 2 says since my V1 has been in the techs hands and still no call from them. Wheather if there is something wrong with my v1 or not.

I agree...I was considering adding a V1 to my arsenal, but when they have a hot head like that on staff, why support their product. Wife or not, she would not talk to my customers in any abrasive tone, right or not, the customer is right. Word of "mouth" carries a lot of weight, and that is up there w/ customer service. They kind of go hand in hand.
