Valentine one False Ka Ban alerts in New Zealand Help please!!

just got my Valentine one now it false alerts on ka ban. other radar detectors are seting it off real annoying im looking at selling it if i cant fix it because our
Police use Ka ban and it puts me on Edge all the time. my old beltronics done better.

does anyone know how to fix this problem

Be sure that you have the Ka false alert guard turned ON:

sounds like you might have pop on , this will definately make it false ka , so if you know for certain they dont use pop in your area id turn it off, goto v1 .com or search on this site for instructions how to turn it off, hope this helps

thanks man i will try that i have the Ka False alert Gard on but that doesnt help at all

just had a look on valentines website but my virson 3817 doesnt have the pop mode on or off not sure what to do now. cant afford to upgrad for 240 nz dollars thats excluiding the cost of sending it to valentine
