    Well, I shoulda read the last page. Our OP has sent back his V1.

    While I think the Valentine, like any good woman, could have been brought into line, trading in for the other was a legitimate decision for him at this time.

    Good luck, and I think once you get some good experience with it, your BMW forum friends might benefit from hearing about this alternative to the V1.

    The V1 is a lot like the Comodo firewall; In a novice's hands it can be downright annoying and half the time you don't even know what the alerts mean. But in an experienced users hands, it's the safest most comprehensive system available.

    Well that's my opinion anyway...

    Not everyone was cut out to be a . Good luck with the 9500ix, it's a great detector too.

    I didn't read the last page, but it seems like the OP did buy a 9500Ix. I love this detector for it's quietness. I do have to say I like the arrows as well, but not the falses.
