I love my 3.826, what probems were you having with yours?

I love my 3.826. The only problem, it has a tendency to ghost especially on K band; Usually shows 3 bogies when there are only 2, etc.

I'm not sure the V1 will ever have the ghosting issue fully figured out. It may just be the nature of the beast.

The colored CD makes mine a lot easier to use. You'll like the V1 if you're on the highway a lot.

Yeah I have looked through the thread of languys (hope I spelled that right) work with colored LEDS and it looks fantastic. Once I come up with the money I will get one for sure. I was stuck at Valentine One's website yesterday night for 4 1/2 hours with my wallet screaming: "Don't do it!" while my head was screaming: "Just do it already, order it!"

I run I-75, I-16, and I-20 a lot and the V1 with a CB radio will save your a$$ out there!

Just be careful with instant-on. There is no hope I'd hate for you to rely on your V1 too much and get a ticket.

Yea, mostly GSP but I've seen locals running it lately

Houston Co, Warren Co, Muscogee Co, Chatham Co. and Laurens Co. all come to mind... They all have interstate through their counties so they may have better training/more aggressive enforcement

This is true, I mean these days its an all out war with the leos. They have gotten very tricky with the radar guns.
