I hav 2 Box of Valentine One I Try to Change The CHIP MCU in Valentine One with other Box with new firmware by Change the MC68HC705 in to it and 93C46 config saving PLLC44 CHip I Thing must setting with new config in service mode setting
try nearly just unbox last night

in the new valentines the chips are not socketed, they are permanently soldered in there. That is a really old one, from 2002 to 2006 if I remember right. And what does this have to do with me??

I bought 2 box of Valentine from Ebay 1 is newest Circuit PCB but old firmware and the other is the lastest Firmware just come
from Valentine Factory Upgrade it have Socket all of them
But I don't know MC68HC705 PLLC44 is Code Protect????

Even if you could flash it or swap it the calibration would probably be completely off.

Send to V1 to upgrade. If you want just firmware update it's fairly cheap and even free sometimes.

Go to their web page and punch in serial number and it will list options.

If that is the extent of the circuit board, holy cow are they making a killing. I don't see $40 of parts in there, and that's buying them at Radio Shack!
