    Default Wireless/Bluetooth RD/CD Connection?

Far be it from me to even try this, but has anyone tried or been sucessful with a wireless hook up from the RD to the CD. Sure would save on a lot of wiring routing issues with the only one being power to each unit.

I'd sure go for one if it were available.

Not necessary. The data and power go on the same cord anyway, so you already only need one cord. http://valentine1.com/moreinfo/Conce...ay_pg18-19.pdf

    Hmmmm....maybe I wasn't clear enough...

What I'm thinking is why not have a hard wired RD with a Bluetooth connection to a CD...and now that I think of it more, why not a battery powered CD that when and if its battery goes dead, the RD display is restored to normal(not blacked out) as a back up?

My thought is that now I could place the CD anywhere with no regard for cords, etc of any kind.

Too much effort. Not hard just to run and hide the cord.
