What's the turn around time for a tune up? Mine arrived at VR on the 23rd. I haven't heard anything from them as of yet. I was going to call on Monday.

They received mine on Wednesday morning. I gave them a call today to see what their average service time is and they said the try to do under 4 business days. She said I was on file and that it was in the repair department but thats all she told me. Hopefully it will be on its way back to me by next Wednesday.

Mine came back yesterday. I called them earlier in the day. I believe it was Mike himself. He said there was "no charge" so I am assuming everything was fine with my V1.

I'm still waiting on mine. Tomorrow makes a week. I am going to give them a call tomorrow and hopefully they'll have it out tomorrow.
