why the price diff?

Generally when I buy something new and I get it from the manufacture its going to cost me more... But, so far the V1 appears to be cheapest directly from the mfg anyone know why? I must be missing something not that this is a bad thing ...

Because you, or anyone else can only buy direct from Valentine One. So the dealers have to buy from them and mark it up.

So, the mfg is the sole distributor for the V1... awe, OK that explains it then! Taking a stroll on the dark side cause I'm a loooooong time Escort/Passport guy looking to try something new for no other reason honestly then the reputation of the product. OK, really its the arrows but hey the other sounds better.

I went from the 8500X50 to the V1 and now added the Sti-R. For the highway the V1 is king to me. The Redline may be good but it still doesn't have arrows. V1 is perfect for the flats of OK where I live.
