V1 not reporting junk

Well, if option # 6 isn't turned on you will not receive any junk messages for Ka signals.

Read V1's programming guide, go in there and turn that option on. As soon as you run into a Cobra owner, you'll get a 'J' out.

I've covered about 25,000 miles with my V1 3.872 and have seen exactly one non-legitimate Ka alert and zero J-outs.

Ka guard is on.

It really varies. I get about 2-5 of them a month.

I only had 2 in a year that I've had my 3.864. Both on the highway, one was a rear alert then J'd out and the other was from the opposite lane on an extremely curvy road.
