First trip with V1 - Ontario to Myrtle Beach

Great, I been to Myrtle Beach a few times when I was living in N.C but now I'm in Washington State. I been using my V1 for a while now and I love it, I put my Redline up for now because I wanted to see how the V1 pick up around my area. Good that you made it down and back safe and sound, do you have any video by any chance?

Thanks for the reply. No, I didn't shoot any video. I thought we would get hit a few times with LIDAR, but nothing. Ka all through WV and Virginia. Some X-Band saves in NC too. North Carolina State Police had a few customers caught on X-Band, but again, no LIDAR.

Okay, I know that was a awesome trip to go from Ontario and back like that. I love to drive I just came back from a 1200 miles trip myself. I was talking to my mother about going back to the east coast to see ours relative their in N.C but we want be driving my mom is 82 yrs old.

So do you still have your M27 and if you do how do you like them? That's is going to be my next move but my money now is funny.

Still have the M27's on one vehicle and LI Dual's on the other. Like the Blinder, would recommend if you're on a budget.

There's a couple ideas floating around about this. I for one think the M47 may be better on full size trucks, not from a jamming point of view because I think a dual LI is plenty capable of jamming as much as if not more than an M47. I think the advantage may be and I say may because this is my theory, that with 4 heads you get better detection.

The problem with my theory is that you would need to find a truck a dual LI can't adequately protect (haven't seen it yet) and then see if an M47 does a better job.

In reality either would probably fully protect you, it boils down to which will make the better install.

Did our first long range trip with the V1. Wow! Great range and I love the arrows! The arrows and bogey counter are even more helpful at night. Wish I could use it all the time, but living in Ontario, it's not an option. Had to go back to the Redline. If I lived in the US, I'd be a V1 Zombie for sure!

I'm thinking that the LJ with two heads than four so I should have less wires and cables or hookup.
