Default Time to Send In My 3.826 for Repair. Found it Sleeping Again.

Bought in December 2005 so it's definitely due for a tune up. I have found it sleeping on the job on numerous occasions in the last year or so. I initially thought it was my invisicord that was shorting out after I phoned V1 about the problem, so I starting using the coiled cord in the cig lighter again. Even after making the switch, I have passed marked cars obviously running radar without a peep. After trying to switch modes to ensure the damn thing was still operating, I found it had been frozen for an unknown amount of time.

Is this something that V1 can repair? Can I even trust this unit anymore?

Yes. Send your V1 to Valentine Research for a $45 tune up and it'll be good to go.

It will run you a total of $60 or so which includes you shipping it out and them shipping back to you.

2005? Damn man, it NEEDS it bad.

Sounds like it needs a tune up. VR will fix it for you and you will be good to go.
