I drove only about 50 miles to my brothers house on i96 in Michigan, and it falsed the whole way...i was slamming on my breaks every i don't know 3 miles. Really annoying. Verdict= keep ka gaurd ON! The only sucky part is all my leos run 35.5![]()

At least with the Guard off, it is a great learning tool to teach one how to find sources (lol). With 16 years usage, a weak Ka just lifts my foot off of the gas. If your in a metro area or in a lot of traffic, leave the Guard on. But the problem is that one will miss the 1 LED alarms and far off somtimes like the Redline reports. Example 3 hours ago, Ka Guard on, over the hill C/O alarm started at 2-3 LEDs. If I had the Guard off, 1 LED alarm about 5 seconds sooner plus an off axis killer nose, that is why GOL tested the 3.872 V1 with the Guard off, it performs......
Im scared that the guard will filter out a weak KA or confuse it for a crap rd. To me the mute button has became my best friend. I think if anyone gets a KA alert they slow down automatically.
