    Default K and X band in South Florida

    Can I safely disable K and X band in South Florida (Fort Lauderdale area).

    I've never noticed a valid K or X band warning where there was actually a cop.

    i would leave K on. In Sethy's post on bands used in each state, Florida still uses Laser, KA, K as its main 3 choices. i would say its safe to turn off x but leave K on.

    I agree, I wouldn't turn K off.

    keep K on, but if you primarily 90+% of the time see KA put K on mute at 4 leds or something similar in the reprogram mode.
