    Default Pro-78

    Were all Pro-78's updated in the last few months by Whistler ? Any serial # cut-off points? I read where they were upated for better performance recently...

    Are you referring to the software update? If so, only a few people have sent theirs in to get a "beta" version of the software in development. The official software update won't be ready until sometime next week, according to Michael B.

    What exactly will this "new" software update include? I'm pretty conviced that I will purchase a Pro-78 since it sounds like a FANTASTIC value!

    I know of the updates with the auto dim and the POP off improved detection so what will this new update be?

    Auto dim off improved detection? Where did you see this?
    I think the autodim improvement gets rid of the rapid changes that happen to some people.

    Doesn't it also include 1-2db sensitivity increase in X, K, and Ka when POP is OFF?
