Pro 78 KA sensitivity

I was wondering if the pro 78 was so sensative
that it picks up radar on standby mode like 1-2
bleeps. this happens alot only on KA so i dunno if
its instant on mainly the stalker cause its so fast.

Radar guns don't transmit in standby mode. You're probably catching an officer with radar gun on, but placed on a seat or otherwise obstructed.

It is also possible these are other RDs slipping past the Filtering process.
