I have been in those situations. Some times you have to bite the bullet and keep it within 5 over.

I dont know why your counting it as a ticket since it was IO. A ticket for the detector should be when constant on was ran and it failed to alert you in time. Any detector is defenseless against IO unless another got the IO hit.
