Is there a way to determine if the Pro 78 has Rev C by serial number instead of powering up unit?

What serial number began the factory installation of Rev C in new units?

Last I heard they never started shipping units with Rev C. This could have changed, but if you bought it more than 1 month ago I am pretty sure it is not Rev C. But even in the last month I doubt they started shipping Rev C as we would have heard something.

They are shipping Pro-78's REV C, one dealer (authorized) has them already

EDIT: By "has them already" I mean they specifically advertise that their Pro-78's are REV C, perhaps other dealers have them too but I've not found any specifically stating so.
