Pro-78 Issue

Hey guys, I had recently purchased a pro-78 (was going for a 695 but the display didnt sell me on it). To get to the point, from the first day I purchased and anytime I drive it would suddenly go off full strength KA, and then ramp down and go off. Even when I am parked at home, it goes to full strength then tapers off. Have any of you had this issue? It kinda of worries me a bit when it randomly goes off...

It however has no trouble finding true Ka CO/IO Radar from way off. Am I forgetting to do something here?

X2 ..Michael B is a Engineer for Whistler and they are known for there #1 Customer service. Try a factory reset,be sure pop is off.
