How many of you have Pre-ordered a SE model?

I was just curious if anyone has saved themselves a SE model? I thought about it last night but i think i will wait until full production arrives. I think these units will out sell the popular 695. A few months left with my 78 before it goes for a back up unit.

I am not going to pre-order, but after my birthday on May 22, i'm going to order me a Pro-78 SE. Looking forward to it. Until then im stuck with my current RD.

I'm going to wait and see how the X and K band detection is relative to the 695. If Ka band is the only band that it can detect better than the 695 then I won't buy it, Ka band detection is already overkill for this city with the 695. K band is a little more than enough to get by though. If the SE detects K band better than I will be getting it.

I'm thinking about getting one for my brother for his birthday in June. Also, may pick one up for my daughter after she gets her first car. Plus, I need a detector for my p/u.

I've pre-ordered a Pro 78 SE and have also ordered a Cheetah C100 unit. All I need is a Blinder laser jammer and I'm set.

But in all reality... even if I do manage to be pulled over with all the above countermeasures, all I have to do is pull out my Army military ID and 9 times out of 10 am free to go with a warning. It's worked well over 15 times in the past 1.5 years.

I believe they did this with the pro-73 models.
