Pro 78se 34.7Ka video 7/26/2009

Nothing special, just another 34.7 Ka band UHP radar detection. Detection range was about 1 mile.

The settings were X-OFF, K-ON, Ka-MaxID, LSR-LSID, SR-ON, POP-OFF and Filter 1. I just switched to using Filter 1 for testing purpose.

Nice videos ! That was decent range considering traffic and vehicles blocking some of the radar. With many thousands of miles with the Pro 78..FILTER mode works the best for radar scatter and quick trigger and 1/2 second I/O blips. With very very heavy traffic i go with FILTER 2. With FILTER mode on you can pick up LEO's shooting up hills to nail you as you come over them. Did you decide to mount your SE low for testing also?

Hey man my units not busted. Michael B tested mine, replaced the horn and said its fine. Dont start talking trash about my Whistler, thems fightin words. I am concerned that the new one SE wont perform as well as your Pro 78. Your description of you Pro 78's performance is better than I got on my SE. Let us know how they compare pls sir.

Alright Mike, I got my longest ever 34.7 in Utah on my STI so I know terrain can produce some good alerts in Utah. Go find us a 2 miler if ya can.
