Just don't judge Whistler on one "Fritter" encounter. Using a little common sense, the gray matter between the ears can go go along ways to preventing a ticket. Man do I love apple fritters...............

Maybe he seen it alerting through the car's rear window.

Maybe Fritter decided to torture that guy by leaving his radar on while putting another 'notch' in his ticket book..
Who knows? Only Fritter knows and apparently he ain't talk'n anymore.

Preferably buried in a couple scoops of semi-melted vanilla ice cream!
With maybe some whipped cream on top!
And then top it all off with chopped walnuts!
