Although my two Whistlers haven't needed any attention thus far, based on others here who were taken care of by MB, i agree MB along with Whistler's excellent 'official' customer support (which i have used in the past-basically dumb questions) are some of Whistler's best assets.

Its a rarity these days that a company really does care about its customers!
