Whistler XTR-695SE turn off bands?

I know some people say you can select which bands you want turned on and off. How do I do it? I just need K and Ka band left on.

Enter the Menu mode, then press and release the menu button until you see the X Band selection. Press the Quiet button to turn it off.

Press Power to exit Menu mode.
