Yeah the bottom line is he is the best CS guy there is for ANY radar detector manufacturer, and we are glad to have him here (as well as other reps).
As I remember: I got a 3600 awhile back and I reported an issue that was occurring with the unit. THE VERY NEXT DAY M.B. had a solution for me (through my own fault I didn't apply it until nearly a week later, due to school). He emailed me the update, I put it on a flash drive, and in minutes total... the unit was fixed, and I have yet to have the issue again.
So in other words:
I reported an issue, and less than 24 hours later, M.B. had the issue resolved with an update that could be downloaded and upgraded to the unit via USB.
THAT is customer service folks!
Not to mention how cordial and genuinely interested he is in giving you the best product you can get (with what he has at his disposal)... across the board for all members and products of theirs.
