    Default X50 / 13.9 Volts

I was just playing around with the display settings on my X50 and noticed while driving I was getting 13.9 volts. This is with my head lights on and AC. What is the normal voltage for an X50. What is considered low?

I have it hardwired into the FuseBox and just want to make sure It's in good standing with the electrical system. Last thing I need is a voltage sag or surge to harm the X50.

I believe if it drops below like 11 or 11.5 it gives a "LOW VOLT" code

13.5-15 or so is normal with engine running.

12-12.5 or so is normal with engine not running.

Thanks everyone, that helps out a great deal. All my cars are hardwired and after I started playing around with the display it made me wonder about the voltages... Thanks again.
