Beltronics future RD's

Now that Bel does not list anymore custom installed RD's, are they going to fully merge with Escort? or wait till the windshield mounted units are gone?

I dont believe Bel is going away anywhere; the name is used in their overseas markets where Escort is not. In the US, they'll remain Escorts little brother.

Good point. Escort needed an in overseas so they bought it. It was interesting that they no longer have a custom installed RD, especially with the popularity of the STI-R. Maybe their US days are numbered, and Escort will sell their product under the Beltronics name overseas.
