Beltronics V995 problem

Bought a V995 and can't get the damn thing to program properly. Right now all the bands except for laser are off. When I go in and try to change the settings they all change but when it goes back and says "Complete" it beeps twice and saves NONE of my changes.

I don't own a V995, but here is a method to reset if you believe it might assist with the problem.

To do a reset, with the unit off hold the two right hand buttons down and turn unit on. Reset should flash on the screen then V995 and sw version. The unit should then be in Autoscan and good to go. My opinion is to send it in now that you have a repair order started with Bel.

Otherwise I'm confident someone else might be able to chime in and further assist.

Already tried that and it does nothing to help. Still resets to the condition it's in now.
