In the mean time, you could have had a used Escort 8500 for around 120 delivered. That is my point. Newer is not better. It is misleading to believe that a Bel E795 would be a good choice.

Well 79 bucks and 120 depending on cah available is still a difference as well as new vs. old and used.

I wanted a new detector and I wouldn't trust much on E-bay from what I have read here.

My point: New under 100 bucks and works=Bel795.

My ebay experience has been quite good. X50 Rev 15 for 120 and X50 Rev 13 for 115 in great condition.

What say you? Will you bet an X50 Rev 5 that the GOL results are favorable or unfavorable where the Bel E795 is concerned ie. will they give it a good or poor rating. Is that clear enough? Anyone?

Depends on what they compare it against. RD's in the same price range New? Or is the 795 dogged by the x50 which everyone would expect?

Maybe. Just trying to get Boomerman, Airmoore, and Carlito to commit. I am so tired of them promoting the Bel E795 as a choice. I do not see any GOL members taking me up on my bet!

dude whats wrong with u bro chill 8) we are still here.I my self still back up everything i wrote about the bel express 795 even if on the GOL test it shows it not that good then OK!.but In my opion real world driveing with it i still think its the best radardetector i have own under 100 bucks.
anyway like i say i back everything up on this :wink:
