CJR: I'd hate to be anywhere near your computer room, you must be up to your monitor in BS with the amount you spurt out all over this poor forum.

Man... it is so bad at this point:

Sometimes when I am on the forum the bottom of my TV goes brown and I can't see the "Thread Information" box, nor the "Similar Threads" box, or anything below it (them)... and when that occurs I know you're on, and filling the forum with so much BS its flooding the lower portions of the forums.

The STi-R we tested was perfect on Ka Band but did not perform as well as expected on K-Band. A different STi-R was tested afterwards performed nearly as well on K-Band as Ka. So there appears to be some variation that was probably due to different hardware/firmware versions and perhaps the individual unit itself.

However, I did note that during your test, the periods between shots was not kept to a minimum of 10 seconds. One factor that needs to be taken into account when testing the V1 is that it will park on a Frequency for 10 seconds after taking an initial alert. Therefore, to get valid results on the V1, you need to pause at least 10 seconds between shots.
OR SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT FREQ GUN BEFORE 10 SECONDS and see which detector receives the new threat quicker..

It should be priced at $200 tops, but as we all know it praforms top notch so they still rip us off. Total VR greed...
You're smokin' too much bat doo-doo, mate LOL.

The V1 is exceptional value at $400 for what it delivers. I think they've got it priced fairly. I hope MV is making a great living out of it. Bloody genius. Deserves whatever financial success he earns.

Perhaps you're just saying that to get a rise out of Zombies?? If not, give yerself an uppercut!

He definitely doesn't. lol Unless the point he's trying to make is how fast he can derail a thread.

Perhaps he can't resist any opportunity to bad-mouth a V1 (edit: or the grand company that makes them for us).

Weeth, don't listen to CJ. He is a fool to bad-mouth a V1 in the way that he regularly does. The V1 is the best detector ever made, and the crap he seems to regularly spurt out about so-called negative aspects of the device, aside from smelling like trolling, hurts this forum's credibility and worth, and makes new readers like yourself doubtful about investing in the quality product that it is. So you go ahead and save your money and buy one. It's a great investment. Top shelf, not outdated, not antiquated, but the best. If you need stealth protection, buy a Redline instead.

CJ, please stop the nonsense. People come here to learn and to make a decision to buy. And when you say things like V1 is a ripoff you're not doing any of us any favors.

Yes the V1 is probably the best bang for the buck.
It's definitely the best bang for the buck. And that's the smartest thing you've said all day.
