i would think the one with the higher model number?
also heard the Whistler Pro 58 is one of the best under $100 detector.
The BEL Express 925 and 795 have basically the same RF receiver, so expect performance to be about the same between the two. The main differences are probably features.
If you believe that, then I have a great passive jammer I'll sell you!Originally Posted by Radartest Article

I dont believe that it can match the high end RD's but all that maters to me right now is....Is it better than my Radioshack RD.Originally Posted by jimbonzzz

Look on the bottom of your radioshack detector, see if there is an FCC ID on it. If so, post the number up and I'll give you my best guess. If there is not an FCC ID, then is is likely that the BEL units are better than your radioshack unit.Originally Posted by zookybeanz

Does anyone know if the 925 has better logic than the 795 to filter out Ka and laser falses?

I think that is probably an older unit. It is pretty safe to say the BEL units will give you better performance.
Thanx man..... so now I have to decide between 795 and 925. Price will play a major role in it.
Do you know how much 925 cost? 795 is still 79.99 at radio shack!
