Does someone knwo if the M20 blinder works in EUROPE?!

I am a new member here. Driving a M3 E46 BMW and want to install a BLINDER for my car. Searched the forum, and checked whats the best blinder. So i decided to get the M20 blinder.

Wanted to know if the M20 blinder works also in europe with austrian or german laser detectors?

It should work OK, but it really depends on what laser guns are used in those countries, and whether jammers are illegal or not. It will throw a jam code on the LaserPatrol...
