Failure

I was stuck in traffic on friday morning next to a chick with a civic si and a cobra rd looking like this:

I heard it beep a few time idk to what... so I pulled out my bushnell and blasted it with i/o k band for a few seconds. NOTHING! Lol. I held down the trigger for a minute straight and it beeped once or twice. Nice

Lol! I did the same thing to my buddy's cobra. I shot my bushnell right outside his car and it didn't go off. I got into his car and shot it 1 ft away from the detector and it finally alerted. Cobra blows.

But it detects all those bands!!! I'm sure that K-band thingy is one of them!

It is the new "Bushnell Gaurd" software that Cobra has implemented to keep people like us from jacking with Cobra users. Hehe. Eeh?

I have a 9960G and it's fine on K from actual guns but they definitely cranked it down to avoid "falses" from automatic doors. Off axis it's pretty weak. K used to be the only thing Cobras detected.

It was very noticeable to me b/c my S7 v955 picked up every scrap of K from any direction.
