maybe a stupid question, but can an officer pull you over for braking? Just tell him you saw a tire in the road, he cant prove you didnt. Its a lot better than getting caught with your pants down and being slapped with a speeding ticket because you didnt want to use the brakes, if the number on the gun is legal they cant cant write you up for speeding, or at least the citation wont hold in court. Unless I missed something here.
