I turned off X and K on my X50 now

I been using it for about 3 weeks now, all my x and k signals are all false for my daily route. It pretty much goes off at every traffic light, almost all shopping centers and malls and gas stations. So I just turned those signals off now, cause the real signals I encounter were KA only in my area so far. What do you guys think? I'm in atlanta georiga by the way.

I think you should be absolutly sure they don't use K or X before turning those bands off.

I'd say turn the K band back on, and possibly X too. Autoscan should cut most of the X falses and a couple of the K falses. If autoscan doesn't make enough difference with X band, try City Lo X.

I've never ran into an officer using X band but I would strongly urge you to turn the K back on...

I have, one time, seen autoscan mute a very weak K Band signal from a CVS door opener. Only happened once, but it most certainly did happen.

Turning X & K band off ='s ticket
