My Solo S2 for Your Blue X50

I just bought a Solo S2 from Best Buy, but realized that I don't really need cordless. I have to pay 15% to return the thing, so I don't want to lose $30 on this.

I was wondering if anyone here needed a Solo S2 (pretty much BRAND new with a smart cord) for your New Blue X50? Thanks

i did the same thing, but i ended up keeping my S2, its still a great detector and still gives you enough range to slow down. Also dont wait to long if you do decide to return it, they only give you 14 days on radar detectors.

I've owned it for about two months, so it's too late. In addition, the S2 lacks the range/laser detection that the X50 has. Surely it is an amazing cordless detector, but it was built for using lower power, thus lower range regardless of whether or not it is plugged in.

I noticed the S2 sometimes just doesn't warn me fast enough as well. I have to get a very clear open shot of the band before it goes off.
