Default Anyone using RedLine inverted (upside down)

Hey guys. I'm thinking about picking up a RedLine. I used to always run my STi inverted, it was upside-down in a organizer on the visor... very nice and very stealth. The pictures of the RedLine make me a little nervous if this will work, e.g., the buttons look like they could be annoying as you'd be having to press them up.

Anyways, I was just curious if anyone is running their RedLine in this fashion and if you're happy with it.

The Redline doesn't have the inverted display option that the STi has... so if you mount it upside down, you'll have to read the display upside down.

With the lip, mounting inverted on the visor should make the buttons easier to access.

I just flipped my today. I have been messing around with the three different mounts,1-original 2 cup, 2-supercup, 3-dash-mount gps style. I stuck the Redline to the GPS style and then stuck that to the windshield instead of the dash. It puts it just as close to the windshield as the 2 cup, supports it just as good as the supercup mount. I noiticed a huge difference in reception verses the supercup mount. Much better all around the closer to the windshield it is. Especially on KA

Well that's disappointing. I love having it stealthed and up in a visor organizer upside-down. Now I am having second thoughts.

It picks up LEO's who run their radar upside down. Get with it, didn't you know. Everyone's running their RD's upside down these days. Someone with a Cobra started the trend. Of course they also started the RD craze pointing RD's toward the sky. The next trend is pointing your RD toward the floor board.

    Or standing straight up.

Thinking about it. You could run your RD upside down if you wanted. It wouldn't hurt anything I suppose.. You would definitely be different.

I've seen people run it sideways but never up side down.
