Default Re: Another Redline Speaker bites the dust

Redline is finally back after the delay from the holiday. They reported they found nothing wrong with the falsing on X and that the speaker looked to have hair in it and sounded okay? Guess I should tell the gf to stop playing with her hair in my car haha. They replaced the speaker anyway. Looking forward to trying it out tonight on my ride up to Scranton.

My speaker went out and my Redline is about a month old... Before receiving it by mail, I had read a few things on here saying the speaker could go out and to avoid putting it a max volume ; and this is what I did. None the less, it is now a silent detector ..... That's BS if you ask me ...

Yeah I never run mine maxed out. I run with 3 or 4 bars at most and it happened to me. Surprised that new units would be having this problem after Escort is aware of it
