Hey guys, I've had a Whistler 1776 for about 5 years now and it's done a really good job. I never had the money for a top end RD until now, and I just purchased the V1 so hopefully it gets the job done. I was completely split between the V1 and the 9500IX. I do a lot of city driving and I know the IX was highly rated but I really wanted the arrows. Did I make a mistake or a good decision?

I live in Marietta, GA which is about 12 miles from ATL.

I think the V1 will be great but I do have the 30 day trial just in case I'm not satisfied. Regardless I'm sure I'll notice a huge improvement from the Whistler. But being mostly city I can't help but second guess not getting the 9500IX because of the GPS, even though the arrows were a big factor.
