    Default Tiger in MD

Just signed up as I got an Escort IQ over the weekend.

Have not read all FAQ's yet.

User name is from, in addition to the daily drivers, owning an old Sunbeam car (gee, I just realized if I used the Escort IQ there the screen would blot out about half the windshield!).

Actually a subdued driver and probably overbought for my needs. However, I recently had my first "Roadside Glamour Shot" and decided to fight back.

welcome!! An escort IQ is a glorified 9500ix with gps. So I assume you do a lot of traveling.

    Welcome to the forum.
I have not used the IQ but as mentioned by gwinneco, it has the M4 horn that is in the 9500ix so it should perform similiarly. However, it is a fairly new product so I have not seen unbiased tests on it. Good luck.

I thought this was going to be a story about a tiger that escaped from a zoo or something.

    Welcome to the forum, though.

Escaped from the zoo? Shoot, I haven't even had it out of the garage for a while.

Anyway, I know I probably over-purchased but I figured if I only had one electronic accessory in the car, it had better be comprehensive (daily-driver is a Honda S2000, not a huge amount of room inside).
